On 1st march 2022, the minister of culture Sam Tanson as well as the tourism minister Lex Delles, together with the President of the Musée de l'Ardoise asbl Marco Schanck invited the presse to a visit of the new underground gallery which will soon be accessible to the public.
The area is located in the heart of the Rombach valley, in the municipality of Rambrouch. In 2003 the site was bought by the luxembourgish state and since then renovated slowly by the culture ministry as well as the "Service des Sites et Monuments Nationaux". Both are trying to best preserve this unique national patrimony here in Haut-Martelange.
