When the days grow shorter and fog rolls through the valley, the most mysterious time of the year begins... Delve into the dark tunnels of our slate mines and experience autumn in a very special way!

At the end of October and beginning of November, a varied programme awaits young and old alike:

• 25.10 & 26.10 (2pm - 5pm) Mission Disarming 💣 // Interactive crime experience

  
  

• 30.10 (2pm - 4:30pm) Dots Workshop 🎨 // Child-friendly guided tour and workshop where children decorate a slate with colourful designs

  
  

• 31.10 (10am - 11pm) 🎃 Late Night at the Slate Museum with a varied programme 🕯️:

Extended opening hours until 11pm

Self-guided visit until 9pm

Guided tour with true stories of past accidents (7pm – 10pm)

Culinary horror fun: Pumpkin soup, Caldo Verde soup & spider spaghetti
