About the event

We plunge into the exciting world of slate. We learn about the history of the slate industry and put ourselves in the shoes of the “Leekëpperten” who worked here in the mine. In addition, the 42-meter underground pit "Johanna" will be visited.

  • Bring sturdy shoes and a warm jacket (the temperature in the mine is a constant 9°C)

  • Children must be accompanied by an adult (min. 4 years old)
