About

The 'Frënn vun der Lee' await you at the Bopebistro with home-made cakes and Portuguese specialties (Caldo Verde, Bacalhau no forno (only on reservation) and Pasteis de Nata. Adapted guided tours (e.g. underground mine) by the 'Frënn vun The Lee 'are also offered as well as complete tours of the area, including the most beautiful anecdotes of the area! In addition, the blacksmiths will be there on this day and show the blacksmith's craft during an initiation course. Come by and enjoy the get-together with the former slate workers, the members of the association and their stories. On this special day there will also be a workshop in dry stone construction for young and old (2.30pm-4.30pm - reservation required)!
